Q: What is a FAQ?
A: FAQ is an acronym for "frequently asked questions."

Q: Who will be cleaning my home?

A: Claudia's House Cleaning is family owned operated.

Q:What time will Claudia's House Cleaning be at my home?
A: Our normal workdays are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. we will make every effort to meet your needs. On special occasions we work weekends.
Q: What do I have to do before the cleaning?

A: So the time we spend in your home can be as efficient as possible, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys or other household items.
Q:Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
A:No. Claudia's House Cleaning brings all the equipment and normal cleaning supplies. However, if you have a special product you would prefer, we will be more than happy to accommodate you.

Q:Do I need to be home when Claudia's House Cleaning comes?

A: If you were not going to be home during the cleaning we would need to discuss how you would feel most comfortable. Some of the clients issue a key to us, which are coded and never reveal your name or addressor you can leave the key in a safe place. However, this is not a very secure system and we do not encourage it. If we are unable to enter your home, you will incur a lockout fee of $30. Alarm systems need to be off.

Q: Changing a scheduled cleaning visit?

A:If you need to change a scheduled cleaning visit we appreciate a 24-hour notice. When short notice is given, we may need to charge a $25 fee.

Q:How do I pay for the service?

A:Most customers find it convenient to simply leave cash or check in the home, made payable to Claudia's House Cleaning. If you prefer, we are also able to take your credit card by PayPal. Payment is made on the day of each cleaning visit.

Q: What do I have to do with my pets the day of the cleaning?
A:We have no problem cleaning with pets inside your home. However, you need to keep your pets in a safe place due to safety reasons.

Q: What would your cleaning member not clean?
A: We will not clean human or pet feces, vomit, urine or blood due to sanitary reasons.


Q: Are you insured against damages? What about objects of sentimental value?

 

A:At Claudia’s House Cleaning, we treat your home as we would our own. However, in the event that an object is accidentally damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will take action to provide compensation. We understand that our clients have sentimentally valuable items which may not be replaceable, which is why we take extra care in your home to be respectful of all your belongings. We are licensed and fully insured.


Q: What is the procedure if I am not satisfied?

A: Satisfaction guaranteed! Your satisfaction is our main concern. We want to make sure that you are no less than 100% satisfied every time we clean your home. If you are not happy with our cleaning performance, please call us within 24 hours and we will come back to fix the oversight.
